ESN Athletic Association greatly appreciates the generous support of each of our sponsors. The Association (Charter #: 800398285) has received its confirmation from the Internal Revenue Service effective August 17, 2004 as being exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to our association are deductible under section 170 of the Code. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gives under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code.

The ESN Mission Statement
ESN aspires to be an outstanding educational-athletic organization that provides a platform by which the very culture of competitive youth teams embraces a philosophy that’s primary goal is to influence its athletes in a positive, character-building way.
Three of our goals include:
- To replace the high-pressure, win-at-all cost environment of many competitive youth teams with an approach that focuses on winning in life, not just on the scoreboard—while teaching life lessons that encourages its athletes in a positive way;
- To teach, train and support coaches in the creation and maintenance of a positive, motivating and productive Team Management System within their ball club, resulting in a transformation of the very core values that redefines its success—helping its athletes to not only Excel in Sports, but to Excel in Life;
- To stimulate other competitive youth teams to embrace the same mission and desire on a national level.
There are many individualized competitive youth teams that desire to subscribe to such an honorable purpose in the confines of their center of influence. ESN has developed a Team Management Program to equip these teams with the practical tools and infrastructure to manage these worthy goals while creating a culture where kids love to play the game… that lasts a lifetime.

Our vision for the future of ESN Athletic Association is perpetual; with a desire to form a presence in other areas that could support our program. Our objective is to empower coaches in their respective local areas to influence our young athletes in a positive character-building way with the help of ESN.
This will only be possible through the generous support of donations by those that share in our same commitment. You can share in the victory with your investment-your legacy. There are many other ways to benefit from your gift to advance the ESN mission. We are qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gives under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code. This could possibly provide useful charitable tax deductions, capital gains tax savings, partial tax free income and even perhaps save on estate taxes.

Needs OF ESN Athletic Association
- There are many technological improvements to our website that are required in order to see our vision become a reality. (Donation of your talents and time can provide tax deductions. Please consult with your tax advisor)
- We are working hard to locate property to build a facility to serve as the premier location for our youth competitions and ESN headquarters. (Land donations are welcomed)
- Much is needed to develop a future property: fields, lights, pressbox, scoreboards, concessions, restrooms, irrigation system, fencing, parking and other electrical and plumbing needs.
- To support our players, and to reduce the costs of our program, we are in need of training, sports and field equipment.
