How do I start my own select baseball or football team?
- All coaches must apply and be interviewed. You may apply online or download the forms and mail them. A mailing address is available on the application.
- All approved coaches will be responsible for recruiting their own team. ESN, and coaches, may plan try-out locations and dates for all teams (of which, all coaches will support the effort).
- ESN can assist coaches by working with the local schools for a distribution of flyers that can be sent to the parents.
- ESN will provide coaches with the details and instructions for effectively using the Team Management Program.

How much does it cost to play?
The costs of the program will vary from team to team. Similar to other leagues, our non-profit status will allow our select teams to raise necessary sponsors while participating in other fundraising activities. This will go a long ways to offsetting some of the expenses of the league. There are many expense items that require funding: leasing fields, referees, field equipment, player uniforms, coaching shirts & hats, insurance, banners, awards and many others. The cost of the program depends on what features the coach wants to include as part of his Team Management Program. ESN is prepared to deal with hardship cases on an individual basis.

How many games will be played?
The number of games to be played are determined by a team's coaches and their respective parents and players. Whether the team's desire is to be part of a league, or play tournaments, We assist its coaches in planning their season through our Team Management Program.
